PROOFPACK AI

Terms of Use and Important Information

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. What ProofPack provides

ProofPack is a document-organisation and drafting tool. It converts information entered by a user into structured documents such as a covering letter, complaint pack, chronology, evidence index, case overview and suggested practical next steps.

ProofPack is not a law firm, solicitor, barrister, claims-management company, ombudsman or dispute-resolution service. Use of the service does not create a solicitor-client, adviser-client or fiduciary relationship.

ProofPackAI is an independent complaint-assistance service. It is not affiliated with the organisation a customer is complaining about, Citizens Advice, any Ombudsman service, regulator or government body. Official Ombudsman services are free to use; ProofPackAI charges for organising and drafting the customer’s documents, not for access to an Ombudsman.

2. The client’s information and views

The facts, allegations, opinions, descriptions, evidence, calculations and requested remedies in the generated documents come from the user. They are the user’s statements and views, not statements or findings made or endorsed by ProofPack.

ProofPack does not independently contact the organisation complained about or verify identities, facts, dates, amounts, documents, images, communications or legal rights.

3. No legal advice or prediction

The service provides general organisational and drafting assistance only. It does not provide legal advice, determine whether a claim is valid, calculate a legal limitation period or recommend that legal proceedings should be started.

No result is guaranteed. ProofPack cannot guarantee that an organisation will accept a complaint, respond, offer compensation, provide a refund or reach any particular decision.

4. Automated content

Automatically generated wording, summaries and suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation. They should not be treated as independently verified or as a finding on the merits of a dispute.

The user must read every generated document and compare it with the original records before downloading, sending, publishing or otherwise relying on it.

5. User responsibilities

The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information supplied; checking names, dates, amounts and evidence references; removing unnecessary personal or confidential information; ensuring they are entitled to upload and use each item; and deciding whether, where and how to submit the documents.

The service must not be used to submit information the user knows is false, misleading, unlawful, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory or an infringement of another person’s privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights.

6. Evidence and important deadlines

An evidence index is not proof that an attachment is genuine, relevant, complete or admissible. Users must open and check every attachment before submission and retain their original records.

ProofPack does not monitor complaint, ombudsman, court, employment, contractual or statutory deadlines. The user is responsible for checking the correct process and all applicable time limits with the relevant organisation, official body or qualified professional.

7. Payment and delivery

The displayed price is £9.99 for creation and digital delivery of one completed case pack unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. There is no subscription. Payment does not purchase legal representation, a merits assessment or a guaranteed outcome. Payment is handled by Square. After successful checkout, the purchaser is returned to the delivery screen in the same browser to download or email the completed documents.

Users should download and retain their documents and original evidence. Email and download availability can be affected by device settings, email providers and third-party service availability.

Before payment, the customer is asked to request immediate supply of the digital documents and acknowledge that the statutory cancellation right is lost once supply begins. This does not affect rights where digital content is faulty, not supplied as described or where another right cannot lawfully be excluded. A customer who is charged but cannot access the purchased documents should contact ProofPackAI promptly so delivery can be investigated and, where appropriate, restored or refunded.

8. Personal information and service providers

Case-form information is saved in the browser on the user’s device to support return visits. Each case is assigned a unique case identifier and a separate secret access token. Uploaded evidence is stored within that case and the service checks both credentials before allowing the file to be retrieved or removed.

ProofPack keeps an operational case log recording the case identifier, client and organisation details supplied, attachment count, delivery status and relevant activity dates. This is used to separate cases, administer delivery and investigate errors. Payment is handled by the checkout provider, and document emails are handled by the email-delivery provider.

Users should avoid uploading information that is irrelevant to the complaint and should redact bank details, passwords, security credentials, medical information or other sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary and lawful to include.

9. Availability and liability

ProofPack aims to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Subject to those rights, ProofPack is not responsible for decisions made by complaint recipients or third parties, or for loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by the user, failure to review generated documents, missed deadlines or use of the documents for an unsuitable or unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property and permitted use

ProofPackAI owns or licenses the service design, software, templates and branding. The customer retains responsibility for and any rights they hold in their own information and evidence. Following payment, the customer may use, edit and submit the generated documents for the complaint for which they were created. They must not resell the templates, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or use it to harm another person.

11. When professional help may be needed

Users should consider independent professional advice where a matter involves court or tribunal proceedings, a substantial financial loss, criminal allegations, personal safety, immigration status, employment dismissal, complex limitation periods or other serious legal consequences.

12. Agreement

By selecting the acceptance box and proceeding to payment, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and understand the limitations of the service.

13. Contact

Questions about the service, delivery, refunds or these terms can be sent to jasoncarter1970@outlook.com. Privacy and deletion information is in the Privacy Policy.
